Dr. Serge Poisson-de Haro is an Associate professor at HEC Montreal. His research interests are primarily in the areas of strategy, artistic organizations management and experiential learning methods. He was awarded Teaching Awards by the MBA students and his peers at HEC Montréal. He presented his research at leading international conferences in these fields and his publications appeared in journals such as International Journal of Arts Management, Journal of Management Development, Revue française de gestion, Journal of Business Ethics Education and the Journal of Arts Management, Law, and Society, among others. He recently published a book La gestion stratégique des organisations artistiques (JFD Éditions) with an English version Strategic Management of Arts Organizations (JFD Éditions). He has published numerous case studies in French (and some in English) in the International Journal of Case Studies in Management.
